Amazon set to bring 1-Click shopping to the Apple Watch

Amazon is reportedly planning to launch a version of its mobile shopping app for the soon-to-be-released Apple Watch.
TechCrunch reports that, although Amazon’s presence wasn’t noted at the launch event on Monday, the company is indeed planning to grace the smartwatch with a shopping portal.
According to the site’s sources, Amazon will allow users to search to items and then buy them directly from their wrist using the 1-Click ordering platform.
The source also claims users will be able to use voice search and add items to their wish lists using the miniaturised application. That would save time, require less fiddling and could come in handy for folks who like to add items to their shopping lists ad-hoc.

Of course, it’d be little surprise to see Amazon roll out an application for Apple’s wearable as there’s already one available for Android Wear devices.
Amazon would join the likes of Instagram, Twitter, Evernote, OpenTable, Trip Advisor, NPR, CNN, eBay, PayByPhone Parking, Shazam, Fandango, Runtastic, ESPN CityMap, Nike Running, Flipboard, weather app Dark Sky and a host more third party solutions on the wrist.
